  • What is the production lead time for the RAFT, and does it come with a warranty?"
    Yes, a 1-year parts and labor warranty are included. It takes 6-8 weeks to complete a RAFT system and ready it for delivery.
  • Does the RAFT system come with training; how long does it take?
    Yes, installation and training are included in the purchase price; the entire process takes 3 to 5 business days, including a full run production day.
  • Is shipping included in purchase?
    No, the RAFT will be crated and prepared for pick up. Shipping & freight charges will be calculated per transaction, based on delivery location.
  • What are the area requirements to install and run a RAFT system?
    The RAFT dimensions are 8L x 4W x 7H and require the following to run. Ethernet connection to ISP, clean dry air 5-micron filter, 220vac, 20 amps, 90 psi 5 scfm.
  • Why do you have to use your hardware? What are the MOQ’s.
    All our products come in special packaging designed to be processed by the RAFT and with Ecosystem required tamper-proof mouthpieces on vape hardware. All products come with a 100K MOQ, that can be broken down to 20K units per design.
  • Are your products and pricing competitive with top hardware manufacturers?
    Yes, in fact we beat the top suppliers on pricing in most cases. High quality glass and ceramic materials with standard stainless-steel post and many performance options puts us over the top on quality.
  • Will you be offering new products? When?
    Yes, we are currently working on pod systems and concentrate container options, to offer clients a full range of products to be processed by the RAFT. Coming soon!
